Our design team will curate thoughtful product solutions that align function and aesthetics. We have access to over 800 manufacturers, providing an opportunity to create a uniquely curated space with an executive look and a hospitality feel. By blending furniture, accessories, and artwork from commercial and residential lines, our design team will develop a design unique to your organization.
Our Specification technology allows us to work closely together to make decisions fast while also ensuring the accuracy of our product specifications. Floor plan modifications and finish selections can be edited while updating specifications for procurement and are illustrated in a 3D context.

In the procurement phase, we begin an extensive quality control process to ensure the accuracy of our specifications prior to order placement.
Our dedicated client advocate will coordinate orders with vendors, manage daily vendor activity, and ensure all products arrive on-time and in perfect condition. When curating a product solution with multiple manufacturers, communication, installation planning, and scheduling are critical to the success of the project.
Our coordination team will work closely with your PM to map out the project plan and installation planning. Communication with our aligned vendors ensures a timely manufacturing process and well communicated ship dates. They will also be responsible for communicating with your procurement team to ensure alignment with your internal process.

Warranty and Maintenance Support
Quarterly, bi-annually, or annual assessments to review product lifecycle. During these visits, our team inspects products and replace any pieces covered by warranty. Outside of our proactive maintenance inspection services, you can submit a warranty claim to PMC 24/7 via our web portal, which allows us to quickly respond.

We understand that a project of this magnitude needs to maintain a control budget throughout the entire timeline. Here you’ll see an example of our control budget, which would reflect all PMC expenses (labor, sales tax, etc.) We believe in full transparency, and we do not want to end this journey with any surprises. This control budget will be a working document and updated
on a frequent basis as product selections are made.

Every minute counts during a complex project. We are always looking to mitigate risk and reduce costs. We pride ourselves in being able to efficiently create and find tasks, while also keeping our stakeholders informed to mitigate costs and schedule impacts.
Your PM and our operations team will utilize PlanGrid during the installation phase. This provides an audit trail of all activities that happen in the field, streamlining our process and reducing manual reporting. The entire project team will have access to real-time reporting throughout the duration of the installation through project closeout.
