Our design team will curate thoughtful product solutions that align function and aesthetics. We have access to over 800 manufacturers, providing an opportunity to create a uniquely curated space with an executive look and a hospitality feel. By blending furniture, accessories, and artwork from commercial and residential lines, our design team will develop a design unique to your organization. Our Specification technology allows us to work closely together to make decisions fast while also ensuring the accuracy of our product specifications. Floor plan modifications and finish selections can be edited while updating specifications for procurement and are illustrated in a 3D context.

In the procurement phase, we begin an extensive quality control process to ensure the accuracy of our specifications prior to order placement. Our dedicated client advocate will coordinate orders with vendors, manage daily vendor activity, and ensure all products arrive on-time and in perfect condition. When curating a product solution with multiple manufacturers, communication, installation planning, and scheduling are critical to the success of the project. Our coordination team will work closely with your PM to map out the project plan and installation planning. Communication with our aligned vendors ensures a timely manufacturing process and well communicated ship dates. They will also be responsible for communicating with your procurement team to ensure alignment with your internal process.

The Explore phase allows us to uncover your unique business drivers, understand the design intent and concepts developed and identify the goals and aesthetics for your furniture solutions. We work closely with your project team to prioritize your organizations’ business objectives in the context of your workspace. Based on established research, we explore the deeper connections between human, organizational, and facility performance drivers to improve the effectiveness of the workplace through product solutions.

Warranty and Maintenance Support

Quarterly, bi-annually, or annual assessments to review product lifecycle. During these visits, our team inspects products and replace any pieces covered by warranty. Outside of our proactive maintenance inspection services, you can submit a warranty claim to PMC 24/7 via our web portal, which allows us to quickly respond.

We understand that a project of this magnitude needs to maintain a control budget throughout the entire timeline. Here you’ll see an example of our control budget, which would reflect all PMC expenses (labor, sales tax, etc.) We believe in full transparency, and we do not want to end this journey with any surprises. This control budget will be a working document and updated on a frequent basis as product selections are made.

Your dedicated project manager alongside our operations team and lead installer will map out a detailed project plan to ensure the successful execution of the project. Every minute counts during a complex project. We are always looking to mitigate risk and reduce costs. We pride ourselves in being able to efficiently create and find tasks, while also keeping our stakeholders informed to mitigate costs and schedule impacts. Your PM and our operations team will utilize PlanGrid during the installation phase. This provides an audit trail of all activities that happen in the field, streamlining our process and reducing manual reporting. The entire project team will have access to real-time reporting throughout the duration of the installation through project closeout.

As your Account Executive, Lindsay will maintain the day-to-day communication between team members and client. Her goal is to satisfy customers’ need and requests, respond to their inquiries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Her biggest asset is a relentless pursuit of perfection and ensuring all details, major or minor, are handled in an expeditious manner. In addition, Lindsay specializes in projects that are out-of-state which has given her excellent time management and communication skills.

Our Client Advocates comprise the Procurement Team, this team coordinates our orders across multiple vendors daily. Colby also manages daily vendor activity, discounting, contract pricing/payment, and scheduling/delivery of vendors. She knows our system inside and out and will be available before, during and after your project. Prior to joining PMC in 2013, Colby served as supervisor of the inbound department of a distribution center, overseeing the day-to-day teams while tracking shipments. During the ideation phase we will host a series of visioning sessions through our interactive Bluescape platform, allowing us to make informed decisions about the space while documenting the process in one organized session. Bluescape workspaces unify our project content in a shared space that can be accessed from any device or location. Our team will work closely with Redline through this platform to manage product ideas, selections, and costs. This simplifies communication, increases the efficiency of our meetings.
